Your reservation must be making at first by e-mail before the reservation date one day at least
The following data is required
1- Your name
3- The date and the time of the show you attend to proceed
4- The hotel name and location you will be
5- the number of guest will be for the show ( at least 2 person )

After you arrival to the hotel we will need another confirmation with previews data plus your room no. again by one of three ways (SMS – phone call) we prefer the SMS method
The confirmation must be before the show time 6 hours at least
